Each and every type of job comes with stress. Some are of much stressful and some are of less. Stressful jobs exploit people?s vitality and unavoidable discomfort. Hence, majority of the people?s utmost endeavor is to find less stressful jobs; however, often they are compelled to do much stressful jobs for different purposes. What are the most stressful jobs are discussed in this article.

According to a new survey, very few professionals suffer from stress as much as IT professionals. Statistics shows that 97 percent IT professionals find their work much stressful. Most of the employees feel stressful even before entering their work field.

The medical profession also brings in a lot of stress. It is easy to realize that doctors have to use their brain to a great extent. They study and then apply the knowledge to treat patients on a daily basis. They hardly get any time for themselves. During the time of surgeries they need to apply their brains a lot. A lot of concentration is needed in the operation theatre. Moreover, a doctor has more responsibility than most other professionals because many lives are depended on his service.

The engineers also have to suffer much from stress. Engineers need to complete their job very precisely as a little mistake can damage their professional life. They need to make their work very secure.

Another stressful job is the work of sales and marketing. The pressure of the customers sometimes make life difficult for the sales professionals. They can hardly manage time for even urinating when customer pressure is high. They also need to have high patience and deal nicely with the customers. Marketing professionals also go through a lot of stress. They are always expected to come up with innovative ideas to support their jobs.

Teaching is another stressful profession. To provide good education is teachers? major purpose. Teachers also come across a lot of pressure when dealing with the students in the classroom. Besides taking class, they also need to check the exam papers. A good teacher has to be much enduring to solve the problems of students.

Officials on financial institutions have to consistently drain much labor. They need to handle the accounts precisely. If any miscalculation occurs, their jobs get threatened. Financial consultants have to ensure innovative and productive service to their clients. HR administrators also face a lot stress. Sorting out competent workers and running training programs are not convenient jobs. At times they are very stressed.

People who work at production sector have many tough duties. Each and every individual in this job is very busy. Maintaining deadlines is also very important for this profession. It is proved that the workers in production sector not only pressurize their brains, but also they drain their vitality to a remarkable extent.

Clerical jobs can also be regarded as very stressful. They listen to the upper level bosses and also take care of the needs of the customers.

The most stressful jobs have been discussed above. Less pay also make the job more stressful. The stress also increases with deadline issues. Stress no doubt has an impact on a person?s longevity. Proper rest and balanced diet is required for one to stay healthy. Recreation is also highly needed to get rid of monotony generated from stress.
